Aguadilla

On the evening of 25 April 2013 a U.S. Customs and Border Protection DHC-8 Dash 8 patrol aircraft on a routine flight near Rafael Hernandez Airport, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, recorded a small thermal target in flight using the onboard MX-15HDi sensor. The object transited overland and over water at approximately 100 to 200 m altitude, entered the ocean without apparent deceleration, and split into two distinct objects underwater. Total recording duration: 224 seconds.
